Business Model
TopX serves its loyal clients via a network of Independent Affiliates that are strategically positioned geographically. They do this via a combination of market intelligence, collective marketing, quality assurance and transparency.
In February 2005 TopX began reforming its business model so as to provide greater value for all stakeholders.
Essentially the new business model is based on transforming our current marketing staff from employees into independently owned businesses that operate under the TopX brand and whom we refer to as Affiliates.
These Affiliates will benefit from TopX investment in its brand and receive training in business management and personal development. The TopX network will supply administrative, transactional management, network systems, web technology and marketing products and services. TopX applies a royalty fee for the provision of all these products and services.
TopX constantly seeks new commercial ventures and has a proactive and progressive attitude toward research and development. TopX will grow both vertically and horizontally over the next two years representing a number of core income streams, resulting in sustainable growth.
